Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We may employ a software technology called clear gifs, also referred to as web beacons or web bugs, that help manage content on the Site by tracking what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Site users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

Registration

Payment

In order to live video chat on the Site or App, you must purchase minutes prior to beginning a session or pay in accordance with the terms and conditions of another payment plan, such as a monthly subscription. If you access T sports through the Site or app, you will purchase minutes through a third party payment system (for example, Bkash). These third party vendors will require you to provide information used for billing and payment. We do not have access to this payment information other than the amount of your purchase and information identifying you as the purchaser. All uses of billing and payment information are governed by the respective policies of those third parties.

Correspondence

If you choose to leave us feedback, we will collect the information you send us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

T sports uses technology facilities in the Bangladesh. Your information may be stored and processed in the Bangladesh or other countries where T sports has facilities. As per regulations, you will need to request to TSports to delete your profile and data permanently via a Phone call to our support or Email. TSports will delete your profile immediately after receiving your request. You will be logged out from the App once the profile is deleted. However, due to regulations, your data will be retained for 60 days before it is permanently deleted. After 60 days all your data will be permanently deleted. Please note that all your subscriptions and purchases will be lost as soon as your profile is deleted. You will not be able to recover them even if you register using the same phone number or social login details again.
